Edinburgh
My favourite UK city break – easy to get to by train, lovely shops & restaurants and a walk up to Calton Hill has great views of the city

This is my favourite ski resort. It’s a high resort with a huge ski area & great apres ski.

Budapest
Loved how reasonable it is when you are there. Lots of beautiful buildings, history, views from the river and great bars and restaurants.

Sri Lanka
There is so much to see including Tea plantations, History, Culture, Beaches & Wildlife. I always say don’t just sit on the beach – there is so much to see.

The Seychelles
I was so lucky to visit these beautiful islands and will never forget walking on the “talc-like” sandy beaches – simply stunning

Barbados
My favourite Caribbean island, friendly people, beautiful beaches and a lasting memory is the Polo match we watched eating cucumber sandwiches!

Goa
Colourful is a great way to describe Goa! The night market with amazing street food, Market stalls and live music was a very memorable evening and walking for miles along the sand stopping off at the beach shacks was great fun.

The Gambia
Great wintersun destination with friendly locals, amazing food & a highlight was staying in a stilted room on the river watching the exotic birdlife.

A truly magical holiday that is a once in a lifetime experience, one we will never forget. Where better to meet the man himself than in his homeland.

A fantastic holiday for all the family filled with all the magic of Disney.Great rides and shows too. We enjoyed it so much that we went again.

A perfect family destination to experience Port Aventura theme park and a trip to Barcelona while staying in a nice beach resort.

Menorca
The smallest of the Baleric islands but an ideal family choice boasting beautiful coved beaches and family friendly resorts.

Whether you choose the Islands or the mainland you will have a brilliant holiday. The people are friendly and the scenery is stunning.

Florida
I have always wanted to go to Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida. After having 2 brilliant holidays in Disneyland Paris I definitely want to give it a try.

I would love to visit the big apple and see all the major sights plus a bit of shopping would be nice too.

Safari
A holiday where you get to see the ‘ Big 5 ‘ would be an amazing experience, certainly one to remember.

Dubai
To experience this diverse city with amazing hotels and a fantastic beach location. A visit to the Burj Khalifa would be a must.

Krakow
This popular city break destination is one I definitely want to see and I would like to visit Auchwitz and the salt mines.

Sarasota, Florida
Sarasota has a lovely chilled vibe, alongside fantastic white sand beaches. Not to be missed if you are going to Florida.

Majorca has something for everyone; from the fantastic coved beaches to the amazing scenery. A short flight too!

Gran Canaria
I visited here in January 2023 and loved it – the resort of Puerto Rico is a personal favourite.

Kenya
If you want to do a safari, Kenya is the place to go! You can also visit the stunning beach resort of Mombasa.

Cyprus
A lovely climate for a sunny holiday. Cypriot people are very friendly and the Greek influence means the food is amazing too. Not to mention the crystal blue sea!

An island perfect for winter sun. Barbados is great if you want to experience the caribbean climate and also explore local towns and sites.

New York
New York City is a destination which I think is on everyone's travel list. The bright lights of Times Square and watching a show on Broadway are at the top of my list.

I have been on a selection of ski holidays, all of which I thoroughly enjoyed.

St Lucia
A luscious green Caribbean island that offers stunning scenery and beautiful beaches. I have visited a Sandals St Lucia resort, which is somewhere I would recommend staying!

Turkey
Turkey is becoming increasingly popular and it’s clear to see why. A fascinating culture and history, with a beautiful climate and friendly people. I would love to visit Turkey again in the future.

There is so much to see and do in Thailand – from Chiang Mai in the north where you can see many temples, to the bustling city of Bangkok and beaches of Koh Phi Phi.

A self drive along the South African Coast is something I would love to do. Kruger National Park is also a highlight for me!

The natural beauty of Montana is extremely underrated and somewhere where I would love to see.

Sitting in a beach club in Bali is something I wish I was doing right now!

Learning salsa in Buenos Aires and walking through Patagonia would be an unforgettable experience.

Cape Verde
I lived and worked in Cape Verde for 7 years and visited 5 of the 10 islands. From beautiful unspoilt white sand beaches to lush green mountains, Cape Verde is bursting with culture, African vibes and the friendliest people I have ever met.

Portugal
Portugal has something for everyone, whether it is exploring the quaint little town of Sintra with its hillside churches and palaces, watching the cruise ships come into Lisbon & exploring it’s narrow streets, or having a glass of Port in Porto next to the river or relaxing on one the stunning beaches on the Algarve, you won’t be disappointed.

Bali
Bali was one of my favourite destinations as there is so much to see and do. I loved my stay in Ubud, we stayed in a hotel in the middle of the rainforest and visited the rice terraces. There is so many different beach resorts, i would recommend staying in a few different places. I liked Canggu a lot, it was so laid back and relaxing.

Ibiza
Ibiza is not all about parties – however it does have some of the best clubs in the world and outdoor music venues. But also, it has so much more! I lived and worked on the East Coast of the island in Santa Eulalia, Cala Llonga & Es Cana where you will be able to visit the local Hippy Market, walk along the marina & promenade and stop in some of the amazing local restaurant or Ibiza Town is well worth a visit to the Dalt Villa which is the old town & maybe spot some celebrities in their huge yachts.

Jamaica
One of the most popular islands to visit in the Caribbean I have been to Jamaica twice, as I enjoyed myself so much. We went to the Dunns
River Falls, tried some Jamaica rum and relaxed in our 5* all inclusive resort set on a pristine white sand beach. Don’t forget to also make a
trip to Bob Marley’s house.

Singapore
Singapore is a vibrant city which has plenty to do through the day time and comes alive at night. We visited many of the highlights including the Raffles Hotel for a Singapore Sling, the Botanical Gardens, and took the cable car over to Sentosa Island.

Australia
I was lucky enough to visit a few different cities in Australia including Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide. However I loved visiting the Outback to see where some of the Mad Max movies were filmed, and also my favourite place we went to was the Blue Mountains where we did stargazing in the rainforest.

Dubai
I have been to Dubai a few times as there a mixture of city, desert and beach so you can never be bored! There is some amazing shopping
malls and attractions such as the Burj Khalifa the tallest tower in the world. Also we headed out in jeeps the desert and enjoyed a BBQ in one of the traditional camps.

Vietnam
I was on a tour in Vietnam with G Adventures and it was an amazing experience from start to finish, as Vietnam is such a fascinating country. I loved Hoi An, lit up at night by 1000’s of lanterns. Also we stayed overnight in Halong Bay onboard a “junk boat” this was incredible and then we went Kayaking to some of the islands the next morning. We finished off the trip in Ho Chi Minh City and the Mekong Delta which was one of my other highlights.

Goa
India was one of my favourite experiences, I visited the Taj Mahal which was amazing. Then I stayed in Goa in a resort in the South where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets, relaxing in beach bars and ate some great local food. Also, we had a night in Palolim in a hut by the river, a very unspoilt tourist resort with a chilled-out vibe.

Thailand
Thailand, such a big country and so much to see and do, I wouldn’t know where to start! But I would like to visit the cultural Chiang Mai, buzzing Bangkok & then relax on one of the beaches like Koh Samui.

New Zealand
I have been as far as Australia but never made it as far as New Zealand. The scenery and landscapes look out of this world, and there is so much to see and do I would like to travel across both the North & South Island and mix with the local people and learn more about their culture.

USA
I have only ever been to New York and the USA is a big country! I would like to go over to Los Angeles, Las Vegas and the desert, but also visit Florida taking in Orlando and Miami, as well as seeing Boston and New England.

Brazil
I have been learning Portuguese which is the official language in Brazil and so I would like to go to test myself! But also there is so much to see and experience, and I would like to visit Rio de Janeiro.

Maldives
My ideal destination to go to unwind and relax would be the Maldives. I would love to stay in an over-water villa, and try Scuba Diving again and snorkelling.
